17cm and Village Chair Open!

Blizzard conditions have arrived at Hotham! 17cm of fresh snow has fallen since the storm rolled in last night, and it’s expected to continue in the next couple of days. After a run of beautiful bluebird days, it’s great to see fresh snow back to Hotham. Check out the snow cams. 

With the dump of snow and a massive effort from our Operations team, we're stoked to announce that Village Chair is open! This unlocks some of Hotham's favourite intermediate terrain, with plenty of fun laps waiting on the Village Loop! 

This storm has brought strong winds with it, which may impact lift operations over the next couple of days. Keep an eye on the Lift Status Page and the Hotham App for updates. 

Our operations teams are working around the clock to make the most of storm and prepare more lifts and terrain once conditions allow.

Event registrations are open! Chicks Who Shred hit the slopes Sunday July 19, a fun, social and progression-focused session for intermediate to advanced chicks looking to that that next step. The Junior Freestyle Series Moguls and Slopestyle events have been moved to July 25 and 26 respectively, with other highlights including the Freeride World Tour 2* Qualifier & Junior, as well as the Pirate Life Rail Jam.
